ON SITE NITROGEN GENERATION:
GENERON® MEMBRANE FILTERS are capable of purities up to 99% and can be used in a variety of sizes and combinations to create solutions from small compact to large high flow, high pressure systems.
GENERON® PSA generators are capable of purities up to 99.999% and available in twin-tower single or multiple bed configurations. Designed for heavy-duty operation, these generators meet a wide range of flows, purities and pressures.
CONTAINERIZED SYSTEMS fabricated over 500 units ranging in flows from 500 scfm (795 Nm3/hr) up to 4,000 scfm (6,310 Nm3/hr). Designed for harsh environments; from -50 Deg F (-45 Deg C) to 140 Def F (+60 Dec C); from Safe areas to Zone II or Class 1 Div II hazardous areas, with pressures from 200 psig (14 barg) up to 500 psig (35 barg)
MOBILE SYSTEMS Our custom designed Truck & Trailer Combo Series allow a dramatically more compact and mobile membrane system. Other membrane systems and inert gas generators require multiple transports and long setup & breakdown times. Our Combo Series is already mounted on a single trailer, interconnected, calibrated, and ready for operation.
INSTRUMENT AIR SYSTEMS
In addition to Desiccant Air and Refrigerated Air Dryers, GENERON® now offers stand alone or integrated Instrument Air Packages for the Oil and Gas Industry using the patented GENERON® Dehydration Hollow Fiber Membrane. GENERON® O&G and Marine systems reduce the overall footprint by 30% and provide highly compact and virtually maintenance free operation.
PROCESS GAS TECHNOLOGIES
GENERON‘s® Engineering and Fabrication expertise, along with the utilization of Membrane® and PSA technologies, provides a wide range of process solutions. Whether it’s the separation of gases such as CO2, H2, He, and SF6 from natural gas; dehydration of process gases; or custom fabrication of process equipment, pressure vessels and high specification piping systems, GENERON® has the resources necessary to deliver the solution.
