GENERON COMPLETES AND SHIPS TWO NITROGEN GENERATOR UNITS FOR HALLIBURTON

Contracted by Halliburton, GENERON has completed and shipped two Nitrogen Generator Units for use on Pipeline Testing and various Oil and Gas applications. These systems are designed for use Onshore as well as Offshore.
The GENERON built Nitrogen Generator Units are designed for 9000 SCFM of incoming air at 350 psig and will produce 4500 scfm of Nitrogen with a purity of 95% and a discharge pressure of 320 psig.
It is also capable of producing 1200 scfm of Nitrogen with a purity of 99.5% and a discharge pressure of 320 psig with the patented GENERON Membranes.
The Nitrogen Generator Unit is Housed in a 20’X8’X9’6″ DNV 2.7.1 Container which GENERON builds at their Houston Texas facility. The Nitrogen Production Unit is built and certified to Class 1 Zone 2, CE/PED.
In addition to the GENERON components, Houston Vessel Manufacturing, an affiliated GENERON company, supplied the vessels and filters for the package.
