GENERON is an authorized custom packager of Primary Air and Gas Compression packages and High Pressure Booster Compression systems. Our designs can be manufactured to meet the stringent requirements of the Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore, and Chemical Industries, or meet exact customer specifications.

Rotary and Reciprocating compressor packages are designed and fabricated for Safe and Hazardous Areas, Class I Div 2, ATEX, ASME, CE/ PED, DNV, BV, ABS, and high ambient climates, up to 500 psig.

Rotary Screw Compressor Packages

GENERON offers ½ hp to 5,000 hp, ( 0.4 kw – 3,700 kw) industry proven, engineered, rotary compression packages, oil-flooded and oil-free designs, fabricated from your specs or our standards, in our ISO-9000 certified facility in Houston, Texas.
  
GENERON provides diesel or electric motor drive; for moving small or large volumes of air or gas; from ambient or elevated suction pressures; to discharge pressures up to 600 PSI, (41barg).

BOOSTER COMPRESSION PACKAGING

Many applications require air or gas compressed to elevated pressures up to 5,000 psig and sometimes as high as 10,000 psig.  With inlet pressures from slightly above ambient and typical gasses from air & nitrogen to various gas blends, such as methane or hydrogen, GENERON is your supplier for that technical compression project.  Typical systems can include requirements such as; NEC, IEC, Class I-Div2, ATEX, API, ASME B31.3, AWS, DNV, BV, etc. or your custom engineering specifications. 

Reciprocating Compressor Packages

GENERON can design an air or gas compressor system to your individual application requirements & customer specifications.   By utilizing various compressor manufacturers such as; Sullair, Gardner Denver, Kaeser, LeROI, GE, Ariel, IR, Sullivan Palatek, and others, our engineers can select the best solution for your project needs and work with you to supply the most cost effective solution.

At GENERON, our engineering, design, and fabrication departments are all under one roof, in our ISO-9000 facility. This not only allows us to be extremely competitive, it allows the easy mitigation of environmental or design changes to be approved and made on the spot.

PROCESS GAS COMPRESSION

For the expanding process gas market and for the removal of CO₂ and other impurities in the hydrocarbon gas streams, GENERON can design and build a gas compressor system to the individual application requirements and to stringent customer specifications.  By use of various compressor manufacturers, such as LeROI, GE, and Ariel, our engineers & designers can work to your requirements to select the best and most cost-effective solution for your project needs.
