GENERON® has designed and manufactured 3 Triton 6154 Nitrogen Generator Cabinets, including compression and a receiver pressure vessel, tailored for marine vessel applications. The cabinets were purchased by a company in the shipbuilding equipment industry in Korea for the fuel gas supply system (FGSS). An essential system for the storage, management, and distribution of fuel gas to the ship’s engines and auxiliary machinery. Particularly for vessels powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG) and other alternative fuels.
The Triton 6154 units feature a compact design, lightweight structure, and low energy consumption that support efficient use of the ship’s available space and energy resources. At the core of this system is Generon’s world-class membrane technology. Generon’s membranes reflect an ongoing dedication to research and development for over 50 years. This Triton 6154 system is designed to meet the shipbuilders nitrogen requirements, producing nitrogen with a purity level of 95% and a flow rate of 200 Nm³/h.
