NITROGEN GENERATOR FOR PRODUCT CURING

A nitrogen generator for product curing manufactured by GENERON®, a leader in the design and manufacture of nitrogen generators, membrane® and pressure swing adsorption systems, and their Distributor, Atlas Machine & Supply of KY/OH, is being delivered to Green Tokai Company in Brookville, Ohio. The new Twin Tower PSA system will provide nitrogen for curing of their rubber products used in the automotive industry.
The system was designed to deliver 95% pure nitrogen at a flow rate of 28.5 scfm. This System includes a percentage Oxygen Analyzer with a test & calibration kit, activated carbon filter system, and a 6,000 psig DOT 12 pack storage system.
In addition to manufacturing nitrogen generators for product curing, GENERON® and its US distribution network are available to assist you with primary air compression and instrument air systems for your specific application.
