GENERON Mobile Nitrogen Generator Ready for Pipeline Service in Cold Weather Conditions

GENERON® has completed and shipped one mobile nitrogen generator unit to an oil service company in Europe.

The GENERON Nitrogen Generator Unit is engineered to deliver 4,000 cfm of nitrogen with a purity level of 95%. Alternatively, it can provide 1,400 cfm with a purity of 99%, all while maintaining a discharge pressure of 310 psig.

This nitrogen generator unit is housed into a 20’ high cube ISO container using immersion type electric heater to maintain proper membrane operating conditions. The unit is designated to operate in a classified electrical area (Class 1 Div 2) and winterized for low ambient temperatures.
