Primary Compression and Instrument Air Package

• Dew Point: -40°F
• Capacity: 240 SCFM of Instrument Air and 80 SCFM of Utility Air
• Delivery Pressure: 140 psig

The Instrument Air Package included two each Oil Flooded Rotary Screw Compressors operating in a lead-lag configuration and one Desiccant Air Dryer. The package also included one each 1,715 Gal wet air receiver and one 7,770 Gal Instrument Air Receiver, each with ladder and platform for maintenance purposes. These vessels were ASME Coded vessels designed and fabricated by Houston Vessel Manufacturing, a division of GENERON. The entire package was rated for use in a Class 1 Div 2 T3 hazardous area classification and to meet the stringent specifications of both Technip USA and PDSVA.
